Francis Raven-Vause, wellbeing consultant in Dorset

Francis, a personal coach and master practitioner of NLP, has drawn upon a varied career in agriculture, the motor and leisure sectors plus extensive world travels to give him a good understanding of people and shape his 1-2-1 work.

Annie Raven-Vause

Qualified Psychotherapist, Master Practitioner of NLP, Nurse & Midwife

Francis Raven-Vause, wellbeing consultant in Dorset

Annie, a qualified psychotherapist, master practitioner of NLP, nurse and midwife, spent three decades working in and around health and social care, so she is well versed in both change management and organisational development.

She’s the master trainer behind LEO – Leading in an Empowered Organisation – a highly successful programme which has been used as part of the NHS Modernisation Agenda for two decades.

She’s equally at home with small groups seeking ‘me’ time on a retreat, encouraging clients to relax, refocus and lose stresses and anxieties from their everyday lives.
