Building confidence – Feminine and Fabulous Event

This is a programme specifically designed to build confidence. It’s been designed by women for women.
Working together in small groups in a safe and supportive environment we will gently and lovingly explore what makes us tick, the masks we wear, the things we dream of, the common challenges we face.
We will laugh, share, talk, possibly hug, maybe even cry a little but above all we will have fun!
Led by Annie Raven-Vause from Heartled Wellbeing and Tara Shaul from Focus Krav Maga, this is a full day of personal adventure, discovery and insight. We believe that if it is possible in the world then it is possible for you. So if you are the kind of woman who finds it difficult to ask for what you want, or who finds you routinely put yourself last on the list we want to work with you.
A light lunch is included. Please wear something informal and comfortable since there are interactive exercises during the programme.
